I am an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior and a Faculty Affiliate of the Program on Entrepreneurship at the Yale School of Management. I received my PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan School of Management in 2017. Prior to entering academia, I spent time working in investment banking and corporate finance. These roles afforded me a diverse set of experiences, such as working with firms to raise capital, structuring and executing acquisitions, leading diverse teams to reach strategic initiatives, and managing internal and external constituents.

In my research, I study digital platforms and entrepreneurship, with a focus on questions related to careers, innovation, social evaluation, and strategy. This research has been published in Administrative Science Quarterly and covered by various media outlets; I have also written pieces for the Harvard Business Review and London School of Economics Business Review based on this work. For more information about my research, please visit my research page or download my curriculum vitae.

I teach an MBA course on Entrepreneurship and New Ventures.
